....especially in the triangle area. There are some choice words so unless your workplace is slack like mine, put your headphones on!

That was hilarious!!! This is how it is in the State of NC. I remember in Grade school, and high school, there were just a handful of us, that attended Duke games.
And over the Christmas holiday break, my family would go to the Holiday Classic mens Basketball tourney with Duke, State, Carolina and Wake. That little tourney is along time ago. Back when our ACC league was 7 teams.

BTTT. I still look at this, discuss it or think about it quite regularly.Jesus_hurley wrote:....especially in the triangle area. There are some choice words so unless your workplace is slack like mine, put your headphones on!

Re: What it's like to be a Duke fan
I am in Chapel Hill, quit a bit. I carry a Duke bag, and have a Duke lanyard with my Keys. My vehicle has a Duke tag, and Iron Dukes sticker, along with a Duke Basketball magnet.
I usually have something on with Duke on it. No one bothers me at all, in Chapel Thrill. Everyone knows I dont like the Tarholes. And most of the students, could care less about sports at Carolina. They are there for their education. Its people that are bandwagon fans, or have never even stepped on the campus, let alone be a supporter of the team, through being a donor to the university or athletic association. And most have never been to a game, either (all the loud mouth obnoxious people)...
The same goes for Duke also........... the students, for the most part, are there for their Education. Very few students attend, other than Mens Basketball, the other sporting events. We all know, very few students attend Football, and only a handful attend Girls Basketball, and other sports (Lacrosse, Soccer, Baseball, Field Hockey, Tennis, etc)
As much as I dont like gaudy Orange (Tenn).... I dont like Little Boy blue, either. I feel asleep watching some of the game last night, but have seen the highlights all morning. I cant believe, they gave Kerlina that 1 second back in regulation. Unbelievable.
I gladly tell all the little UNC fans, that UNC, means the University of Non Compliance. And they shut up.
