I resemble that remark!

FTR, Bison has less fat and cholesterol than a boneless, skinless chicken breast! And because it's bison (grass-fed) and ground off-site of the abattoir, there's virtually no risk of e coli so you can go "as rare as you dare".

Now, once you add the chipotle/garlic mayo, chili, cheese, bacon and coleslaw. Well, then sh*t! Nobody gets off the planet alive. ;)

I knew bison had less fat/cholesterol than regular beef but did not realize the fact about the chicken. You are indeed the Count of the Charcoal.

I'll have mine medium with a slice of cheese and a few dabs of ketchup and mustard. I'll have my all beef wienie with chili and slaw and a dab or 2 of mustard.

It's similar to very lean beef. (The burgers are better than the steak, IMHO.)
