I don't know the exact point that it happened, but somewhere along the way the word "Sandwich" became very funny to me. I simply cannot say it or use it in a sentence seriously. Especially alone. If it is preceeded by adjectives, then it's not as (but still) funny. "Would you like a ham sandwich?"
But to use it without adjectives is, to me, just funny as hell.
"Man, I really want a sandwich."
Just sayin.

You should meet with the Earl of Sandwich and discuss this.EarlJam wrote:I don't know the exact point that it happened, but somewhere along the way the word "Sandwich" became very funny to me. Good thing the Sandwich Islands are now known as the Hawaiian Islands.EarlJam wrote:I don't know the exact point that it happened, but somewhere along the way the word "Sandwich" became very funny to me.
