See above.

I also told the periodontist that he should get the fountain in his fish pond fixed. "I've given you enough money today that you could afford to get that thing running again."

He hates me.
I thought you had typed your response really quickly in answer to my questions, although they went up almost simultaneously.

Hope the meds kick in and there is no pain in the morning. :wizard: :ymhug:

I saw the bone they removed from my mouth. They were the size of two rocks you might throw at someone, like the periodontist who hurt you. . .

Couldn't swallow my chocolate milkshake. It made it to my shirt and my pants. Mom's doing laundry.

Time for more drugs. Ice isn't enough for the pain. Where are those pills?

Oh, there will be pain in the morning. Dull, throbbing pain.

It's not nearly the pain of birthing a 9 lb, 11 oz. baby, but it's close to the pain of delivering an 8 lb. baby, with the help of a hammer and chisel.

This ranks right up there. . .

I slept all afternoon with the help of that Halcion. Now my mom is telling me to go to bed, but I'm not tired any more.

I'm going to be so messed up.

Take some more painkillers. That should help you be tired. (Unless you're like me. When I had my gall bladder out, Lortab energized me instead of making me sleepy.)

I just took that hydrocodone pill. I wonder what it's going to do. I'm melting my ice pack on my jaw.

Hydrocodone is pretty popular around the courthouse, at least for those who don't park in the employee lots.

You know, of course, not to leave the ice pack on too long.

LOL--I have a scrip for the Hydrocodone.

The ice pack keeps melting, so it doesn't stay on very long.

Wow, Cathy, that sounds awful. Sending renewed vibes. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

Also sending a shin kick or two to your periodontist.

That's ok - I don't think you are too fond of him either.

I hope the pain subsides quickly - at least before you run out of magic pills.

What sort of food from Japan should I bring back for your periodontist? Should I search for cold sliced, fluffy intestine? Or should I find him some nanto? ;)

Thank you, DinK.

Here's the worst part: the pain is subsiding faster than the pills, so I'm feeling woozy. I think I'm done with the pain pills for now.

I don't feel good this morning. I've tried to sleep it off. The naps help.
