Maybe she should take it to the speedway.

That's probably where she drove in from. Maybe after visiting the ABC store across 220. :D

They've built a new ABC store! I'm not sure where it is, though, besides the one in Stanleytown and the one across from the mall. Everything else in that strip mall had closed except for the dentist, so it must have seemed like the thing to do, to move out as well.

Hope it stops raining so you can stock up at the Tar-jay! :wizard:

Off to the doc. BP check, new BP meds, and maybe a referral to somebody who can do something about the cyst on my left wrist, like hit it with a family Bible or something. :wizard: :pray:

My Dad had one of those. It even affected his handwriting. Get well.

Yep, ganglion cyst. Doc said it wasn't big enough or painful enough for me to do anything for it, and didn't recommend hitting it with a family Bible.

Otherwise, BP was fine. Come back in 6 months.

Thanks for the vibes everyone! :happy-bouncyblue: :duke: :wizard:

I had my annual physical Friday. Blood Pressure was 100 over 70. YEAH!!!

Would LOVE to get similar results on cholesterol, but I sense I will still be on the medication that our resident cardio-man alluded to in his response to my post in the Ted Drewe's thread. :(

Probably three things lowered it from the 125/92 normal in Atlanta:
1) Less stress and commuting since moving to Kentucky;
2) Lots of exercise in Madagascar and even at home now (of course, I dislike the exercise of moderating);
3) Zocor might be lowering slightly my Blood Pressure.

Anybody watching Monday Night Football? It has the feel of a playoff game.
Obnoxious fan tries to steal Fireman Ed's mojo.
The Giants forget how to execute a basic play you learn in Pop Warner which starts a freakish chain of events involved a dislodged helmet, killshot to Eli's back, and a big old gash in his head.

Good job! Congrats! Hope you have similar results on cholesterol. :wizard: If so, will you have some Ted Drewe's to celebrate?
