Anyone remember Jolt Cola?
Good idea, wrong timing.
It would probably go over well today. Marketed, I think, as "Twice the Sugar, Twice the Caffiene!"

Mountain Dew got me through law school.

It may have been "all the sugar and twice the caffeine." That was about 20 years ago.EarlJam wrote:Anyone remember Jolt Cola?

1st choice: Diet Mountain Dew
2nd choice: Diet Mountain Dew
3rd choice: see choices one and two
If I recall correctly(IIRC), I've called Diet Mountain Dew the nectar of the gods, the veritable ambrosia of soft drinks. There are no other choices.

Soda sucks. At least in it's current incarnation. Corn syrup is Satan's brew. I like the throwback Coke.DukeUsul wrote:Diet soda sucks.

Jolt was fun. When I was at Duke, they sold something for a very short time called Nitro. It was the color of high octane fuel, and it boasted more caffeine and sugar than Jolt. It was AWESOME.EarlJam wrote:Anyone remember Jolt Cola?

Anybody remember, or ever heard of one called 'KickAPoo Joy Juice'? Very much a precursor of MD. Best thing about it was the name.
