Fun Food for Fall Football!
Dukie Sandwiches!
One can of Deviled Ham. Mix in bowl with dark blue food coloring. Spread onto bread with relish and some mayo or Miracle Whip. Tomato optional. Add salt, pepper to taste. Wallah! DUKIE SANDWICH!
Thoughts?

Deviled ham! GAK!
I guess that leaves more Dukie Sandwiches for the rest of you to enjoy.

Re: Fun Food for Fall Football!
Does anyone remember Mason Reese, the kid who pitched Underwood Deviled Ham? "It's like having a borgasmord!"
He used to appear on the Mike Douglas Show, and he did all sorts of food commercials (Deviled Ham, Raisin Bran, Dunkin' Donuts Munchkins, etc.,) back in the 1970s.
Well, he finally ate his way on to the Rice Diet at Duke. My dorm had an off-campus party at the Downtowner Motor Inn (aka Heart of Durham). Mason Reese came to the party and sat next to the stage to watch the band. Of course, we all went up to meet him. Not surprisingly, he was quite grumpy and he complained that we didn't have any FOOD! (Duh, on several levels, kiddo. . .)
