Your method of death - Cold or Hot?

If you were rightly or wrongly condemned to die by the court, and they gave you the option to die by slowing freezing to death or by slowing dying due to heat exposure (not burning), which would you choose?

Death by air conditioner sounds pretty good right now.

I don't want to contemplate my death right now. I have too many other things to do, and not enough time to get them done. As it is, I'm going to need to continue working until I'm 114 years old in order to get my kids through college.

Trust me, I don't think it will take that long. I'd bet you can retire before you hit 105

For some reason, I just imagine death by freezing to be more peaceful than death by heat.

You could always take out a big life insurance policy and then fake your own death. ;)

Just how "slowly" are we talking here? I'm sure that the folks in Siberia are slowly freezing to death.

I think I'd choose cold too. I'm MISERABLE in the heat. I'm much happier when I'm cold than when I'm hot. My understanding is that by some point you just kind of go to sleep. Overheating to death involves all the pain in the throat and stomach from thirst and the skin flaking off and the hallucinations and all that stuff. Just sounds unpleasant to me.
