How do you get rid of "Stuff?"

Post by EarlJam » July 23rd, 2010, 8:26 pm

I have a bunch of cinder blocks, rope, and duct tape that I need to urgently get rid of. But how? I can't put it all in the trash. Is there someone I can call that will take care of this? Trash haulers maybe? I just don't want to pay that much.

Thanks in advance,

-EarlJam

Just find someone you really dislike and I'm sure you can come up with something.

Judging from the thread title, I thought this would be a thread about ExLax and similar things.

In my mind I sort of merged this thread with EJ's other recent classic thread. :poo: :poo: :poo:

Contact the city/county sanitation department. I know Dekalb County will pick up special items if you notify them in advance (though to be honest, more than once we just put things like old furniture out on the curb on trash day and they just threw it in the truck without a second glance).

She was in Raleigh on Saturday night for a concert, from what she said on FB. That, and I guess EJ has been occupying a lot of her time ;)
