Photos - Lemur Content

Post by colchar » July 25th, 2010, 2:16 am

There is a talk radio station in London England that I listen to online every day. This station has a presenter whose show I am particularly fond of. Oh let's face it, I'm addicted to his show (it is on from midnight until two in the morning my time but I manage to catch it almost every day). Well this week that presenter, Steve Allen, was at the London Zoo and they posted pictures on the station's website. Check out pictures 14-19 at the link below. Lavabe, in particular, should appreciate them.

Here is another link to some photos from a show he did on Easter weekend when both a lemur and a penguin were brought into the studio for his show:

Normally, I'd appreciate the link, but because I am still in the land of the low bandwidth/low internet speed, I really can't access it that much just yet. However, I WILL take a look at the end of the week, when I am back in the confines of the Land of the Lost.

Cool! Thanks for posting. Two of my favorite animals (after dogs): lemurs and meerkats!

We definitely need a lemur smiley.

Lots o' meerkats. They aren't lemurs. The second link is a bit better.

If you click through to photo #14 the lemurs start there.
