So like 2 years ago (for the tarhole lurkers, that's when I turned 40) I did a 40 days of Summer thing where I did something new, or fun, or unique, or something I never did before. It was a blast, although granted it lasted a wee bit longer than 40 days!

So now I thought this year I'd have a 42 days of Summer! And it is off to a roaring start. ok, so to some, some of this may seem small and insignificant. But who cares, it's about me bbaaayyybbbeeee! lol

This morning I greeted the morning with a slice of coconut frosted cake. Happy b'day to me! lol
Then my lady love called, , and after that, it was off to work I go. On my way, stopped at the Bojays for a biscuit and told the manager it was my birthday and that I should get an order of fries free. And he agreed! lol
(for the record, I have never ever done such a thing like that before!!)

Now at work, will slave away for about 6 hours before heading westward to Tillys place. She is cooking me dinner AND making her world famous choco chip cookies. I am ssoooo excited by that too!

I am taking the day off tomorrow too. Maybe, Ima, there will be a pool in Tilly and my near future. hhmmmm Thanks for the invite and the suggestion(s). The streaking part... well with my pale white ass, I am thinking I will refrain as I would not wish to blind anyone from the glare of my lilly-white buttocks!

I'd be sad to see the waning time of this day, my 42nd birthday, but then I realize I have 40+ days left of my extravaganza.... my 42 days of summer!
