Yawn.

I don't think any amount of money could convince Coach and his family to move to Cleveland. I think he's very happy where he has been for the past 30 years.

I agree with you. I don't believe he would consider going if offered.

Wasn't sold on Boston.
Wasn't sold on Los Angeles.
Wasn't even interested in the New York City area.
But somehow, he would want to go to Cleveland?

These dumbass rumors just get even dumber-ass over time. When will these people learn?

Great Lakes Brewing Company?

We have a brewery of the same name in Toronto - maybe he can come coach the Craptors?

There is no way he will ever leave Duke (except to retire) and I think the only pro team he would even consider, and even then only for a nanosecond, would be Chicago simply because that is where he is from.

I heard that Coach K was going to take John Locke's place in Lost II. He will crash land on an Island after a recruiting trip to see the number 1, 2, and 3 big men in the country. After battling a fiesty group of Tar Heels and surviving attacks from Wolves (just how did those wolves end up on the Island?) he manages to turn a donkey wheel and ends up back in Durham in an alternate reality where Duke has signed only big men. Coach struggles with the bigs, as we all know he can't coach them. His frustration mounts as a mystery doctor urges him to have hip replacement surgery, but K doesn't want to let go because he is afraid of what will happen while he is gone and is unsure the pressure that would be placed upon him now that he is healed.

Lots of other stuff will happen. Jason "I can't believe I'm still signing my posts like this" Evans will hate the show. Thousands upon thousands of viewers will blog endlessly about all the problems and holes in the story when they discover that it was all just a dream Coach was having on his return flight home from the White House after meeting the President to celebrate their fourth national championship.

I'm not sure if it's true or not, it's just what I heard. I think it's true because my cousin went to college with a girl who dated the son of the next door neighbor's cousin of the guy that gets his shoes shined at the same place as Cuse.

If the fools who want to wish Duke ill by K leaving want to wring their hands and hope for the worst...

I love it when they are dissappointed.

Good article on WRAL:
http://www.wralsportsfan.com/voices/blogpost/7677095/

I think we are all pretty sure he's not going anywhere, and this article was emphasizing that, with a jab at 'Ol Roy:
Remember a year ago when Coach K failed to advance past the Sweet 16 for the fifth straight year? Everybody said the game had passed him by. He can't cut it anymore. The dominance is shifting heavily to Roy William's team.

I think we can all admit that was a faulty assumption. It proves how difficult the NCAA Tournament is. Coach K was still the best in the game, even during that span. But we can all agree now that he's the reigning national champion again.

I know Williams has been sought after for NBA head coaching jobs in the past, but how many of these recent reports, rumors and blogs have you seen his name in?

Zero.
Pretty sure the writer is a KU alum from around the time Roy left there.

Too bad ol' Roy hasn't gone. Think of all the neat conveyances he could throw his team under, instead of a boring ol' bus. If he coached the Bulls, he could throw the team under the El, for example.
