What Pet from the Sitcoms would you most like to own?

Kind of like the Mom and Dad polls, only it's been speciedongulated to inquire of pets.

Merlin the Rescue Hound and Sasha the Fitness Schnauzer insisted upon a dog, and I agree with Very Duke Blue about already trained puppies. Especially since I've lived with Merlin for nearly 6 years and neither of us is trained yet! :O3

I love dogs also but I voted for flipper (because I love the water also!) Having a pet Flipper would be cool, but my vote didn't register? What is going on with the internet?

You realize that only two of the choices was from a sitcom, yes?

I just noticed something. No (or almost none), cats with leading or co-starring roles in Sitcom history.

Gee...did you think the dog trainer would pick anyone BUT Lassie.

Useless trivia...Timmy never fell down the well.

my second choice dog would have been "Moose" from Frasier because Jack Russells (aka Parson Russell) are just cool.

I love #7. Before even clicking into this thread, my first thought was, "does ALF count?"
I would choose either Astro Jetson, or Sprocket from Fraggle Rock:
