Bored Index

Post by EarlJam » April 9th, 2010, 10:59 am

After going to the Board Index about ten times this morning, I figured I must be bored. So why not have an index to measure that? I won't be bored for long as there is much to do this afternoon. But as of now, I am about a seven on the "Bored Index." But it's a happy bored, as this is a happy board and I can't really be bored when conversing with the board members on this board. So what is your bored index now if you couldn't be on the boards?

-Earl O' Jam vs. Earl O' Sandwich = Peanut Butter and Jam Sandwich.

P.S. Think I'll go for a jog now.

Just wait until this afternoon. Masters at 4, Braves at 4:30. Poyfect. I'm thinking of grilling steaks.

I'm rebuilding a server that took a dump yesterday, so I'm not bored, it's stressfull. But at the same time it beats twiddling my thumbs back at the office. And I'm the only one here, so while the server goes through it's paces I can crazietalk on another workstation. Therefore, my bored index is 2. (If I didn't have this workstation, it might be up to about a 7, watching a computer fix itself is pretty boring if it takes a long time).

Braves at 4:30? Oh yeah. Opening day in San Fran, right? Thanks, and F'kin' awesome. That is indeed perfect.

I verbally pondered same yesterday, and then wondered if I would then have to just retire as a sports fan or something.
I have also had the thought that Duke just may cap the year off with a bowl game. Would be cool.

Um, please no tighty whities!! But the Braves are the next best thing since b-ball is over.

Not just talking Duke here, but how much does it suck that in Div. I college football, you can go into a season anew without any hope whatsoever of winning a national championship - even if you go undefeated and beat everyone by three touchdowns?

That, to me, sucks.

That's why K took a jab at the BcS and said that they are missing out on some great champions.
