naw... not a good idea! Good stuff, but then I'll worry about whether I should fall asleep or not because I might not hear/sense the alarm in the next couple of hours.... and if that alarm does NOT go off or occur, ... I'll be in a BIG MESS! ;)

at 20,307 with this post, but I'm sorry! I don't have the strength to complete an additional 93 posts to get us to 20,400! I suspect that will occur in day or two!

I had a job orientation yesterday (I took a part-time job to bring in some extra cash recently). Anyway, during the orientation, lots of questions were being asked as we filled out paperwork. In the room where we were being "orientated," there were two helium tanks (complete with nozzles), right next to me. Not making this up. I promise. I was tempted. I was sooooooooooooooooooooooo tempted!

:) :D

You know that stupid Bud Light commercial where it's a parody of Lost, and the guy comes out of the water and yells "hey everybody, I found the beverage compartment and it's full of bud light"? In my mind all I think of is "hey everybody, I found some 100 degree skunky beer!"

AARRGGHHH!!!!!!!!
Last week I bought some little rinky dinky stock at .23 a share, and I got 435 shares. I hoped it would go up a bit, then if I was lucky I'd make about 30 bucks and go buy some other rinky dink stock. ($30 sounds puny, but it adds up and worked out well last year as a strategy). Anyways...rinky dink stock (RPC) skyrocketed yesterday and I sold at .73 and I made a couple hundred bucks, so I was pretty happy. I figured I'd get out before everyone sold. That bastard stock has gone up to over $2 today (although it's back down to about 1.60). IF I had not bugged out, and sold even at where it is now, I would made over $600. X(
Still, it seems like everytime I DO hold on in case it climbs, I get shafted and it drops back to my original price or lower. Oh well...time to go find rinky dink stock of the week for next week.

If I had been there with you, I could have done it, then talk to everyone in the crowd, just for the reaction. At least you would have had your laugh without jeopardizing the interview. :D

I wish my rinky dink stocks would go up. I've been waiting for 3 years in one case, and I still have big hopes for it, and a major investment in it. I'll send you a PM with what this stock is if you'd like. It is, quite honestly, my retirement plan B. Plan A, of course, is winning either the PowerBall or MegaMillions jackpot. Tonight would be nice!

Next time, sell enough to cover your original cost and let the rest ride until you just can't stand losing the profit.
