But a Woody would be nice! DD has a collapsible cooler they use on planes to bring back sammiches!
This collapsible cooler fits very nicely into a small carry-on or checked bag. This also expands very nicely to fit several sammiches and function as an acceptable carry-on piece of "luggage."

Are you going to provide me with this collapsible cooler? Will that be a collateral prize because I won this contest?

Thanks, DA. I know I can squeeze $5K worth of merchandise out of a $500 gift card at the outlet. I wish I had a Talbots outlet nearby. The closest one is 4 hours away, but with this card, it will be worth the trip.

Oh,

, it's always worth the trip to see you. But honestly, do you really look forward to sitting through 4 hours at Talbots while I try on clothes?

I dunno. They haven't told me when I'm taking the trip.

Congratulations, Cathy! Great essay. And isn't it nice to score some more off the ExLax?
Question - if you get the trip and $5K for being a potential grand prize winner, what do you get when you become the grand prize winner? Will that get a trip for the CTN Hunks?
Life is good!

Thanks, DInK! I think I'm the potential grand prize winner until I get all of my releases and affidavits of eligibility turned in.
I'm waiting on my BFF and my SILs to return their releases to me.

Your essay rocks, Cathy! You have a great attitude about what was clearly not a great situation/experience.
Most people say that is it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character.

Yes, and I got paid for it: $60.00 per word.
