I was this close to suggesting to my UK friend's Facebook site that UK needed to guard the inbound pass.

Thanks for being such a gracious ambassador for our school, Bjornolf!bjornolf wrote:I ran into a guy in a Kentucky shirt at the mall today. He was really bummin'. He just couldn't understand how they could have played so badly. I told him it wasn't a big surprise. Teams with ALL freshman talent always have a bad game here and there. It just happened against a really good team. I also told him he might be lucky they hadn't gone farther, as the NCAA might have looked at them closer. He laughed and agreed. I told him you always have to be careful when you sign a deal with the devil, i.e. Calipari. He laughed and agreed again, said it was probably only a matter of time before the violations started coming in. I was shocked. He did get the dig in about us having the easiest road to the Final Four. I responded, "Yea, well, I doubt Kansas or Syracuse expected to trip over their 9 or 5 seeds. They didn't really test that theory, did they?" He cracked up and agreed again. I don't think I've ever had such a pleasant conversation with a Kentucky fan. He's probably still in shock, poor dear. ;)

Re: LTE 2.0
Good Morning, all!
The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming, Duke is in the Final Four, and they're already picking the Mountaineers to spank us. The world is right! Keep picking against us, guys! I'm not gonna worry until they pick us! Keep giving us that bulletin board material, guys!
Hey Tilly, what the hell?! Huggy Bear said in an interview this morning that Truck was at Duke getting orthodics to help him play on his broken foot. Helping the enemy much? Traitors! Walk the plank! Maybe you can slip a little pebble in the mold to mess him up. ;)
I wonder if him coming back is really a good thing? I know he's one of their best players and leaders, but the first game back from injury can often screw with a team's chemistry when they're playing well. Plus, trying to insert him and having him NOT be able to go would screw up some preparation time. This might actually play into our hands. I can always hope. Back in 2001, we were lucky to get a couple easy ones to round Boozer back into form. Huggy Bear's team won't have that luxury.

I'm pretty sure I know where Truck is going to be, and it isn't far from my office. You can bet I'll be in that vicinity shortly sending bad vibes and mental shin kicks to whomever works with Truck. I'd love to slip a pebble in the mold, but I kind of value having a job. ;) ;)
I too am more than annoyed that he came to Duke for his treatment. But, I think there is some law that states we have to treat people regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. Oh wait, I don't think that law says anything about turning away a patient due to college affiliation.
