Yes, I push maybe too hard at times. No matter what I'm doing. I think it's ok. I do fairly well (for my age, I think). Bud does the same.

I do the same! Been feeling run down lately (sleep deprived, too many things on mind, etc.), but when I force myself to keep going.... it feels better. I'm trying to lose weight so I can get my athletic abs and figure back before summer! ;) ;) ;) ;) :D

OMG, I try. It's hard. I didn't do much gardening last year but I'm on a roll this year. Healthy eating plus the work. Hope it helps.

I'm trying hard! My brother in-law and I were talking today.... he was about 215-225 and is now 175 since christmas!

He looks good! he lowered his carb intake and food portions and is Exercising everyday! Ahem....
