You ever have one of those meetings where you don't know as much about a subject as everyone else in the room/on the phone, you are recommending doing something in a way everyone else doesn't want to do, and you have to defend yourself? And you're the only one on your side? Being harassed by 5 other people who are predisposed to dislike you because you are suggesting your customer shouldn't give a piece of development work to the other five people on the line? But they own the database and therefore everything you want to do kinda has to go through them?

Yeah, I just had one of those meetings.

The weather here is so nice. Not hot or cold. I wish it would stay like this.

We went to The Filling Station for lunch. Best hamburgers around. I think better than Wimpy s in Durham. :)

Just did a NCAA Tourney Rotisserie pool. Each person drafts six players from among the teams in the field. You total up all the points your guys score throughout the tourney.

Zoubeard went in the third round. Holy schneikies! I never woulda believed that last year at this time.

Great dinner. We went to PJ's. The people who own and run it are from Greece. Wonderful people. The food is outstanding. Everything is made fresh.
