I told him up front I had other home priorities at the moment and this was more of a fact finding meeting and we actually had a really good convo and he DID know his stuff, he was very impressive from a technical perspective! he really knew his stuff and has been in business for over 22 years...

Its the house in Kenansville. Not Efland. I bought a Honda Odyssey 2 weeks ago. Don't need the Lexus but I will miss that car. Its a great car. So, nothing really exciting.

Frankly, I was lost after sitting thru an hour of it and was initially sad because I thought this would be a good program that I would miss because of American Idol, but it preceded AI. So I sat with baited breath....

Todrick - just sang, not too bad! I initially thought it was the guy they kicked off last week or the week before that kept talking about God and going to church with him, etc. etc. .. I love God and everything, but that guy, to me, was almost using God's name in vein by continually bringing him up as if it might make everyone save him out of fear of God... Sorry that old Catholic upbringing set in.....
