I'm moving this to Our House. Last I checked...Duke did not have a shooting team. (Although the three guys that wanted to start one got the boot by Cutcliffe)

Nope. Don't want one, because I'd be too tempted to use it if the situation arose.
I learned to shoot .22 rifles at summer camp as a pre-teen, and our dentist set up a shooting range in his basement which my dad too me to. We mostly shot pellet guns there, but did shoot a pistol a few times, don't remember the caliber but it did have quite a kick to it, especially for a 12 year old to handle. That was the last time I shot a gun, and Lord willing, it will remain that way.

I own a .22, it's in my closet, and I have no idea where my box of bullets is. I bought it when I lived in the mountains..there are a lot of dead beer cans up in them thar hills. That's the only thing I shot..the idea of hunting turns me off. (But I love fishing, go figure)

I don't. My FIL owns a .38. I've been to the range with him before. I'm a pretty good shot, for only having done it twice.

No. I have been target shooting and it is fun. However, ammo is expensive, as are the guns, and I'd much rather spend my money another way. (Like the 16 bottles of wine I brought home Friday night.

Bud and I also have pistols. I'm not sure what kind, maybe a 38. We stood up with a couple when they go married. They gave us the pistols as a gift. Weird but we were in Texas. Maybe that explains they gift.
