The devildeac's great adventure...

...starts today as we'll be flying out to Colorado for a medical meeting and mixing in a little skiing with some beer hunting. Reports to follow. There is a very high likelihood that rmd will be joining us on Sunday for some fellowship at 11,000 feet in addition to trading some fine ales we have stashed away for the last year or so. ;) :D :banana-skier: :beer:

I hope your BIDNESS convention :^o :^o :^o :-? :-? :-? is educational! ;) Becareful and I hope your trip is safe! Please don't let us see you on the news with a 11,000 foot DWI (the first in the nation) while skiing or whatever you call it! :)) :)) :)) :))

That would be SWI and I don't to that. My skiing is marginal enough without adding an ale to it.

I am having enough trouble getting back to page 1 after a travel day and then one on the slopes.

We are in Vail. I'd rather take the Avery/New Belgium or boulder tours. We don't have a rental car either.

Had a GREAT day on the slopes from 830 AM to almost 315 PM with my favorite ski buddy. We were joined for the day by rmd who drove all the way from Denver to carve some turns, tell some tales and trade some brews. Mrs. DD was at first very leery about skiing with some "creepy" person we did not know from the internet. Then I reminded her of all our former "imaginary" friends who are now our real/good friends here ;) :ymhug: . After rmd headed back to Denver, she remarked that he was a very nice young man and was glad we could spend the day with a young adult when none of our children could join us.

I have to wonder how rmd may have felt planning a ski day with a couple old geezers he didn't know either. :)) =))
