broccoli has more flavor. Cauliflower is a good ranch dressing delivery vehicle.

Yum! I love them both, but I cook broccoli more often.

I love broccoli (any way it can be fixed) and normally eat a lot of it. Cauliflower I don't purchase as much, come to think of it - like never, but I do like cauliflower steamed and or raw!
