Re: Duke Vs. Miami
I was very impressed by this game. This might be a turning point in the season. Against an athletic team, we trailed by double digits at the end of the first half, but came back to WIN by double digits, on the road no less. That's the first time this season that I can think of where we trailed by more than a few at the half and came back to make it a game, let alone win. We made adjustments, and they worked. I think that's a great sign of things to come. Up to now, our games went pretty much three ways... we lead from the start and strangle them, it's real close one way or the other at the half and we pull away, or we trail by quite a bit at the half and don't really do anything special in the second half and lose by a bunch. Now we've managed to come back from down big to win big. That's HUGE, in my book.
Go Duke!

Completely agree with all of that. To me, it's further proof that we are improving and maturing as a team.bjornolf wrote:I was very impressed by this game. First time they've had to hang in there without Jon for any length of time. I think that was good for them. It's going to happen again and Nolan has to be ready.
C'mon Andre. Bring some rain!

Completely agree with that, too. Nice to get that experience now rather than later.Ima Facultiwyfe wrote:First time they've had to hang in there without Jon for any length of time. I think that was good for them. It's going to happen again and Nolan has to be ready.
