Prayers for Sabine on Medical Mission to Haiti
A friend from church, who is a nurse practioner, is in Haiti on a medical mission. There are 19 medical professionals in the group. Today, they saw around 300 patients. Sabine's family is from Haiti. They have heard from all but one of their relatives the last I heard. She is hoping to locate her uncle while they are there. Please send your prayers and vibes to Sabine and the rest of the team as they help the people of Haiti.

It's amazing to me how many of us know someone in Haiti. It points out how small a world this really is. Once again.....vibes and prayers going out to Sabine and her loved ones.

Most people say that is it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character.

Thank you for your continued prayers and vibes.
Sabine has a new update at http://leawoodumc.org/ - click on Sabine's story. She saw a patient yesterday that was pulled out of the rubble on Tuesday and only has a stiff neck. The team is tired, running low on meds, but still doing incredible work.

I heard about this girl on NPR...the doctors said it was "medically inexplicable" that she had survived.DukieInKansas wrote:She saw a patient yesterday that was pulled out of the rubble on Tuesday and only has a stiff neck.
