In the coaches poll, they got one vote, in the AP they got squat. In fact, in the AP poll, Harvard got more than the heels did, with 1 vote. Way to go Tommy!

Roy gets a vote.

We are 10th in the AP poll, 9th in the coaches poll. No mention of UNC-CH anywhere...

8 in the AP, 7 in the coaches poll.
Only other ACC school in the polls is GT at 20th in both.

#6 in both polls this week. Behind Kansas, UK, Villanova, Purdue, Syracuse.
Despite the big win over the Woofpack, the 'Holes did not return to the top 25.

Given that the holes lost to Duke, I would have thought they'd move up in the standings. Go figure! ;)

I did not read the article but if it's the same one as I skimmed in the n&o this AM, there was one other time the ACC had only 1 ranked team and it was the 'holes in 1977, IIRC. That was, of course, before the polls when from 20 to 25 teams.
Just further proof that Duke gets all the calls.
