Dear Olek...Thanks for visiting
The only guy on the team with less vowels than Coach K has decided to transfer. I'd be more bummed if it mattered, but honestly it doesn't. He was never in the equation. Honestly I'm not sure why he wasn't...one of K's experiments that didn't work out.

Surprising, yet not surprising. Thought he showed some flashes of greatness early in the season, but then he disappeared to the bench again. Best of luck to him wherever he goes.

Herald-Sun picked it up:

I always liked seeing Olek play - it usually meant we were up big
Good luck to Olek wherever he ends up

"Were you not entertained?????????????"
I was.
Sad to see him go. Watching his last time on the court, I focused on his movement and it always seemed to be to go away from where he should have been.
K didn't leave him in for long. I think he still has great potential.

I agree with that for sure, and I bet he'll have a decent career in basketball playing back in Europe. I hope he gets picked up by a decent team and given minutes; I'll still follow him to see how he does.captmojo wrote: I think he still has great potential.

Hmmm ... Nevada or Arizona State. It would be a bit wild to have him on the same team as Eric Boateng.
