Thanks, all! This past week was a nearly endless stream of mistakes coupled with frequent lengthy smoke breaks and early departures. Somehow my coworkers seem oblivious to all this and are sorry to see her go. It will be interesting to see if her behavior/work ethic changes any over the next two weeks.

If it changes, I doubt it will be for the better from what you have said about this particular individual. I hope you find a hard worker/pleasant person to take her place.

I got out my carpentry tools today and rebuilt our closet, it was fun. I haven't picked up my tools in a while.
