1000 Thanks
I thought I would mark my one thousandth post with one thousand thanks to my fellow CrazieTalkers….
For all the vibes (vibes to get something….vibes to give something up)
For offering to kick shins when shins need kicking
For the Windsor’s Daughter is Hot thread …and for knowing exactly where the line was and staying on the right side of it!
For fashion advice from the lovelies (and the guys!)
For Brunchgates (and I might even get to one someday)
For encouragement
For laughs, and more laughs
For taking me to Charleston
For realizing that an f-bomb is not a crime against humanity
For taking me to Madagascar
For teaching me something (no matter how silly) every single day
For missing me and checking up when I was MIA
For Friday polls
For getting sarcasm
For 10 pm toasts
For not correcting my stream of conciousness spelling and gramar (too much)
For being able to disagree without arguing
For knowing that being united behind Duke trumps any other differences of allegiance we might have
For a thread about deep fried food
For a thread about ‘the girls’
For a thread written in BINARY
For the great post storm of 09/09/09
For letting sharing the highs and the lows from your lives with me
For letting me share the highs and the lows of my life with you
For carving out this little corner of cyberspace
For a thousand things large and small, with my thousandth post….a million thanks

Awww. . . big hugs to you, Windsor!
Congratulations on reaching 1000!
Here's hoping that you'll be able to join us for a Brunchgate or a Babes at the Beach (or in the Mountains, or at the lake, or somewhere!) soon.

Great post, windsor! It has been a fun ride indeed. And, again, a million congrats on giving up smoking. You are my hero. Although I have never smoked, I recognize that it's a true addiction and that I can't come close to imagining how difficult it is to give it up. You go, girl!

Thanks to Windsor for a great post. I think Ymo's response should be posted as well on the "What I Like Best About CTN" thread.YmoBeThere wrote:It's good to feel at home in a little section of cyberspace.

I couldn't agree more. I'll have to come up with something good for post #1500 or 2000 as my effort for post # 1000 wasn't that great (then again, I can't remember what it was so it might have been ok).
