I think I might get creative and mount the Berkel Food Slicer to the throttle box on the Dreamflyer. Then I can slice meats and cheeses while increasing and decreasing thrust.

I would like to have a greenhouse. Not a huge one, maybe 12x20...I would like to grow tomatoes & cukes and whatever in the winter plus start my own plants for the summer garden.

I second that, greenhouses are fun, and they are a great escape in the winter.

My big Christmas party is the Saturday closest to the Winter Solstice. So that makes it December 19th this year.
