My blood pressure at the doctor's was at a 30-year low. :-bd Is there any way to take some of that good news, and transfer it over to my cholesterol score? :-q

Just wondering. :ympray:

Having been away from the internet for a few days (damn AT&T and office move), can anyone provide a synopsis of his message? I was surprised to hear that they had closed it. I thought watching differing points of view hit their heads against the wall could be entertaining. I did learn a lot from all sides of a discussion. And, unfortunately, got sucked in occasionally. Doesn't appear that they deleted the posts, just hid them.

I watched a little bit of Highlander on cable the other night. It really is a bad movie, isn't it? Iconic, but bad.

I tried starting a blog awhile back. I know, I just don't have enough to do, but I didn't keep it up and it was really boring. I'm doing something new with it now, picking NFL Football games. If anybody wants to have a look (and a laugh), here it is http://dec21cafe.blogspot.com/.

Biked to work this afternoon, through Forest Park. Was quite thirsty when I returned home, so I popped open a Schlafly Raspberry Hefeweizen. Just the thing for an unseasonably warm fall day. :-bd
