This weekend brought news that Trump isn't sure if he's supposed to uphold the constitution, wants to reopen Alcatraz, and wants to put tariffs on foreign made movies.
The last bit brought this comment from the White House.
“Although no final decisions on foreign film tariffs have been made, the Administration is exploring all options to deliver on President Trump’s directive to safeguard our country’s national and economic security while Making Hollywood Great Again,” White House spokesman Kush Desai tells The Hollywood Reporter.
In other words, "We have no idea, we're just making shit up as we go along."

Film is one area where we are a huge net exporter. So to mess with other countries on this is incredibly dumb.
My ultimate fantasy is for him to reopen Alcatraz and then end up living there. And all of the people from San Francisco who he despises so much can visit him and stand outside his cell and make him miserable.

A federal judge says "Enough is enough, hurry up already". The NCSC race that has been in the courts since election day is so far in the past that changing the outcome is unacceptable.
Of course, until this decision is appealed. Again.
U.S. District Judge Richard Myers agreed with Riggs and others who argued it would be a violation of the U.S. Constitution to carry out recent decisions by state appeals courts that directed the removal of potentially thousands of voter ballots deemed ineligible. Myers wrote that votes couldn’t be removed six months after Election Day without damaging due process and equal protection rights of the affected residents.

I would move back to San Francisco so I could visit frequently.

I read that there is a law on the books (for all that matters) that prohibits tariffs on intellectual property. Because of that, Trumps machinations here could adversely affect his case that is currently being heard against the tariffs in general.

Finally. Took you long enough.
The Republican challenger for a North Carolina Supreme Court seat conceded last November’s election to Democratic incumbent Allison Riggs on Wednesday, two days after a federal judge ruled that potentially thousands of disputed ballots challenged by Jefferson Griffin must remain in the final tally.

And now lock him up! I think he has some Duke ties, unfortunately.

Putting this here in hopes that one of you can help: I have heard of an app that shares news stories with an indicator of the political leaning of the source. I can’t remember the name of that app. It’s not the one started by Chris Evan’s (A Starting Point), it’s more recent. Does this ring any bells?
