I'm shocked at the number of typos from my last few posts. I was using my netbook and lying down while posting. And didn't proof anything. But that is no excuse.

Arkie, you are right; Motrin and Advil are ibuprofen. The max dose is 3200mg/day. I'm not a huge fan of acetaminophen/Tylenol because of the potential liver damage especially when alcohol is on board as Ms. Arkie stated. Soooo, aspirin is okay, but a powerful anticoagulant. Less meds, the better.

Re: LTE 2.0
Is there an easy way to return to a prior page - like 20 pages back? If I quote a message and want to go back to where I was reading, I have to move back like 3 pages at a time from the page count on the top or bottom. There must be an easier way. Can anyone share?

I've seen it in other boards software, but not this one.

Sorry to hear of it.CathyCA wrote:How many of you watched The Uncle Paul Show on WRAL when you were growing up?
I'm sad because Aunt Millie died today.
Uncle Paul was known very well by my family, along with all the Montgomery clan. Uncle Paul was from my hometown. On only a few certain lucky occasions, if all circumstances were just right, and the antenna was pointed "just so", we could pick up the broadcast. Paul was a nice guy. I only met him once.

My Mom has a Vita-Master, that currently doubles as a 'rest stop for migratory birds' along with 'strange yard relic of 1965', in her back yard. It still works. I never realized there was a demand. I thought of using it as a boat anchor.CameronBornAndBred wrote:Today at the thriftstore I saw an awesome antique. For $75, you can be the proud owner of a Trimline vibrating belt exercise machine. I remember when my mom worked at Duke with the DUPAC program, they had these machines. They were way fun to play with, but I don't think they did much in the fat reduction department.
