It's been a while since I've seen the "I've fallen and I can't get up." commercial.

Sort of. We will leave most of the furniture there and buy some simple slip covers for the big pieces and some simple bed spreads and pillows for the bed room furniture. We have left a few of the shelves and wall hangings in place.
Good luck! I hope you get a nice buyer.
Thanks. We shall keep you updated.

Spent the whole morning fighting the lawnmower. Wouldn't start. When it did, it'd give out. Took forever to get the damn thing going. Eventually I got it going. But I think I may have to do some surgery to get it going next week.

Today at the thriftstore I saw an awesome antique. For $75, you can be the proud owner of a Trimline vibrating belt exercise machine. I remember when my mom worked at Duke with the DUPAC program, they had these machines. They were way fun to play with, but I don't think they did much in the fat reduction department.

I was "up to date" at 8 a.m. this morning on the thread, but I go to play golf (no hole in one today :( ) and now y'all have blown past 6000 and are well on your way to 7000. I've got to shower and change to meet up with those going to Tyler's and the DBAP tonight, so I don't have time to catch up. Can't imagine anything "worthwhile" was said in the last 150 posts or so :o :o :o =)) =)) =))

Here's hoping I win the Powerball jackpot tonight. I'll drink to that (at Tyler's) :D

And by the way, what is a Lady Marmalade? I enjoy orange marmalade on an English muffin.

Camera class was great. Learned lots of good stuff specific to my camera. Am going to play around some and then take the DSLR class. My camera can do LOTS of stuff. So, tomorrow, depending on how long my company sticks around, I'm going to go out and take pictures again. Or go see the most recent Harry Potter movie. Or both.

Went to work briefly after the photography class. Sure enough, instrument problems. Fortunately it took less than an hour to fix. That's 2 consecutive Saturdays now. Why do things work during the week but not on Saturday and/or Sunday? ~x( X( :-q

Okay, before I go, one quick note. Brian Boitano is going to have a show on Food Network, called...

....

.....

....

"What Would Brian Boitano Cook"

Isn't that hilarious? And, yes, guess what the theme song is?

Had some good friends over this evening. BBQ grilled chicken, grilled potatoes, broccoli and bean salad. Our friend brought over some honey bun cake (think cinnamon buns with frosting in the shape of a cake). It was delish.

Anyone get the AC Moore circular? The "Usul" family made their modeling debut in last week's circular. My wife's brother's girlfriend is a graphics artist and was looking for a nice family photo to put into a frame for sale in the circular.

Check us out! We're the snazzy Caribbean-vacation looking family inside a picture frame.
