Re: Family Guy
Here's another one. The creator loves Star Wars. Here's Stewie (the baby) as Darth Vader.

The Star Wars episode is one of the most hysterical cartoons I have ever seen in my life. The end conversation between Seths Green and MacFarlane regarding Robot Chicken's Star Wars episode is brilliant.
Check out Seth MacFarlane's Harvard Class Day Speech on Youtube
It's in four parts. Enjoy.
Oh yeah, NSFW.

In that case, the whole TNG cast was themselves.wilson wrote:The uber-nerdy Star Wars references also never get old to me, and every episode includes multiple totally bizarre off-beat jokes that really make me laugh.

I'd love to get together at some point. With the booze that is sure to be involved I'm certain we'd find plenty to talk about. Besides, if all else were to fail we'd always have history and Duke basketball...

See, it is crass, but I wouldn't classify it as juvenile. I think that, in its sarcasm and absurdist tendencies, it's some of the most intelligent humor on television.DukeUsul wrote:It's a grown-up cartoon. Very juvenile, crude, crass, dirty humor. Not for kids.devildeac wrote:What is this show?

Re: Family Guy
Way too many of my campers quoted Family Guy this summer. My oldest group was 13 year olds. Even some of the premies (7-8 yrs.) mentioned it on occasions!
