I love Durham as it's a college town, I love the diversity, I love the neighborhood I live in, I love my house, and I LOVE my employer (Duke, not my actual boss).
I love Hawaii as it is so much more laid back than the mainland. Weather is pretty much the same all year long. Oh, and sharks live nearby so I can visit periodically.
I was born in Hawaii. I moved away. I've never been back.
You must go back!!!
Everyone should have Hawaii on their bucket list.

Got up early to mow the lawn this morning. Mower won't start. Ugh. Spark plug is only a couple months old. I'm hoping I just flooded it. Will go out to crank her up again shortly.

I've passed CB&B. To paraphrase Clark W. Griswold, "I'm burning dust here. Eat my rubber!"

Did I really hit 6,000? Oh, there were 5,999 replies. Duh...you would think a reasonably experienced PW would pickup on that.

Yours was the last post on the 300th page (20 per page). So that means yours is 6000....is my math right?

Looks like I'm having chicken for dinner. I was thinking of going up to Maine and getting some lobseter. But then, it isn't very expensive to get them here on the North Shore. I wonder what the cats would think of a lobster roaming the hallways of the apartment.

My cats were born in Massachusetts and grew up in Massachusetts. I wonder if they will only consider Massachusetts home?

I lived near the North Shore, in Woburn. Though I've been to the North Shore several times. Loved a "dive" in Gloucester for fried clams. Can't remember the name of the place.

Took a brief break and went over yonder.
How do you say that? Woooo-burn. Glauster, it's been a few months since I've been up there. I've been to Woodman's in Essex a few times.

I have happily regulated myself to occasional posting. It means I get to get away from the computer more often.
Duke born, Duke bred, cooking on a grill so I'm tailgate fed.
