Surgery should be Tues- have to be off Plavix for 5-7 days before surgery hence the delay. Major artery #1 is 70-80% blocked. Major artery #2 is 100% blocked. Small artery is also blocked.
He's been bitching about not being able to have salt on his bland chicken. Haha cardiac diet. He's also been holding court, so to speak, with all the visitors he's had. No one really thought this many people liked him. ;)
I have a headache.
Edit: Duh, thanks for all your thoughts, prayers, & vibes! I don't know how I could forget that.
Sue, did you get first class for the connection?
Travel vibes to you, health and successful surgery vibes to your dad, and prayers for strength to you and your mom during the surgery.
For the bland chicken, I don't think Mrs. Dash has salt, and it's pretty flavorful. Maybe that would help.

Sue,
I hope you don't mind, but I asked for prayers for your dad and all of your family this morning at church.
Regarding the bland chicken, Penzey's has several herb mixtures to flavor chicken that have no salt. I'd be happy to send your dad some to try. I sent some to another friend's father when he had his heart surgery a few years ago. He enjoyed them.
More prayers, vibes, and
heading your way. Safe travels to NJ. I know you will feel better when you see your dad.
