Wait, nobody's heard of this? If the first thing you say on the first of the month is "rabbit, rabbit, rabbit," it's supposed to bring you luck the whole month.YmoBeThere wrote:Okay, a superstition thing. Sort of like the Washington Duke statue?

95F today here in San Antonio. It's October, I'd like some nice fall weather please. Oh wait, this is Texas. I'll be happier in December and January with the weather.

We went to Chase City, Va. today to my "almost family" gathering. Linda and Charles made a killer Brunswick stew. They make the best. We are back at the lake house just chilling.

Fall is happening at the lake tonight. It's supposed to go down to 36,with frost. I picked the rest of my late tomatoes. We are really going to miss them.
