NW offer came in before my weekend trip. Lots about it make me a bit nervous. Still trying to decide what to do.

Maybe after you say no they will ask why and try to remedy the problems! If they want you, they will.

I don't think there's anything they can do to fix the problem. If it was just about the money maybe so, but that's not the major issue. The biggest problem is that it represents a change in direction from what I want to do. There are a couple of birds in the bush that are more along the lines of what I want to do.

I haven't said anything to The Boss about the situation, and I don't think I will.
