Happy Friday morning, y'all!
Most people say that is it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character.

Harrumph.
I don't ever want to hear anyone in this office complain about the paper use again. I spend my days killing trees in lieu of what I should be doing, talking to victims, visiting crime scenes, discussing cases with investigators, etc.

Good morning. I'm headed to the barber shop this morning to get this winter mop mowed off my head. A nice summertime haircut is only a few hours away. Youth baseball is the afternoon agenda.

Good morning. Saw my first Shakespeare play last night. Well, half of it. We left at intermission. It was well acted, but so wordy, I could only understand 3/4 of what they said, and it went on forever. The Tragedy of Coriolanus is indeed a tragedy.

Good morning!
Must be the weekend for church cookouts. This is Legacy BBQ weekend. Helped trim the briskets last.night - brisket, burnt ends, and pork all properly rubbed and wrapped. They go on the smokers tonight, with a cookout to celebrate. Tomorrow we get to eat the beef and pulled pork. Yum!
