We have put the last of the kids/grands on a plane this morning and now are on a retrace our steps to hopefully FIND the Old Ref's wallet! A don't even want to think about having to deal with it lost totally! :(

Great idea! The siblings started doing something similar many years ago - we name a charity and the others make a donation to the charity instead of sending a gift. The family that gets together will exchange something small and exciting - I did a bottle of wine and some chocolate w/ either Cheetos or Dorothy Lynch and Gates BBQ sauce.

Two years ago, we started doing a white elephant exchange. I took home a Christmas Woody the Woodpecker and a whip. Not sure what that says about our family.

PA portion of the family will arrive at their home today so they can do their family Christmas. They did end up with some unexpected gifts - one of the remote controls for the computer room TV and one piece of the jigsaw puzzle we started. Stinkers!

Crisis in the house. I cannot find the damned box of raisin bran I got at the grocery store last night. Mom eats raisin bran EVERY MORNING.
