Good morning! The only thing left to do today is finish shopping and do aaallllll the wrapping... (sigh) - Gotta love gift bags (the problem is, so do my kitties). On the other hand, the neighborhood open house last night was a great success and nobody stayed past 11:30 (new record)! It was all cleaned up by 12:30!

Good Morning!!

I'm having a pretty relaxed Christmas Eve. And I highly recommend it. The family simplified everything this year by taking all the funds we would have spent on each other, making one trip to ToysRus, then dropping off the great big pile at the Durham Rescue Mission. Sure saved a lot of hectic running, wrapping, etc, etc, and makes us feel good at the same time.

Now, to get the groceries in and get to cookin'! ~O)

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and safe travels! There were so many wrecks just in the Triangle and Triad, and too many fires in homes and apartments.
A fatality in Mebane, near Tanger Outlets on Christmas Eve Morning, that backed up traffic for hours. Just horrible.

BE SAFE DURING HOLIDAYS, everyone!!!!!
