We got good news this week. Good score on our big site visit, so the grant was renewed for 5 years. 50% of salary is covered for the next 5 years. Yippee!

Am going on vacation sometime this fall, probably for about a week. Suggestions, anyone?

Go on a cool road trip. Find wierd and wacky places to visit, see if you can arrange to see old friends or family along the way. You don't have to travel far to see places you have never been before.

I'm painting Dave Navarro from one of my photos, and am putting in his tattoos. I have no idea what they are, it's all just shapes to me, except for on his chest he has "C E". Who that references is obvious, but I never knew it was there. Don't tattoo your significant other's initials on your chest unless you are a rock star.
