Good morning!

Asking for prayers for the Barker family. Kay, who you have prayed and vibed for in the past, has entered hospice care and will not be with us much longer. This is so hard for everyone. She has lived a good life and battled health problems for many years. Her body is now shutting down - ports aren't remaining clear for dialysis, appetite is going, etc. I have been putting off going to see her for selfish reasons (just don't want to admit that she is leaving us) - so any vibes you can send me for strength to make the visit this afternoon would be appreciated.

Thanks again for the vibes. I know she will go according to her schedule - I just wish I knew her schedule. (We did know our mom's schedule - not sure if that made it easier or not. But Mom had the last word - just the way she wanted.)

I pray that Kay will go peacefully. She has fought the good fight for so long. When her granddaughter was born, her doctor (who apparently didn't know her very well) said she shouldn't travel due to her health. Niece Katie will be starting her junior year in college later this month. Kay is a wonderful role model for exhibiting grace in every aspect of her life.
