Semi's leap

Post by Ima Facultiwyfe » July 3rd, 2013, 11:58 am

OY they have put up a picture showing how high his standing jump is. Problem is, I don't understand how they are measuring. Can somebody look and explain the picture to me? Surely the pointer doesn't indicate how high his FEET end up!!!!!! He'd need a trampoline for that!

Wow! He can jump. In this exercise, you jump as high as you can while hitting the "fingers" on the device. You then measure the distance from the lowest "finger" you didn't move to the mark on the wall that is the highest you can reach standing flat footed, the difference being your vertical leap. The pole the person is holding is used to move the fingers back into position after each attempt. Hope this helps. AW. :D

Gotcha. Thanks. So you measure from your standing reach up to the bottom little thingy you couldn't flip over when you jumped. That makes the OP's 1/2". Me? I'm negative number since I'd rather just sit down.
