Coach loves it. He'll coach until he dies.

I'm so happy he wants to continue!

:ymhug: For Coach K and his staff to return to Team USA and the Olmpics. Obviously, Coach enjoys Team USA, and it fulfills his Basketball career. And they wanted Coach K above anyone else to return!!!! Says alot!

I think it's pressure from Mickie. She dreading what he'll do to the garden if he has time off.

Running in Rio could be hazardous to your health if you go into the wrong parts of town. I was mainly in a city much further south for my visits to Brazil.

I saw Coach's K announcement of Wral tv www.wral.com

And from his announcement, it sounded like wife, Mickie didn't want Coach K to do the Team USA again. And when Jerry Colangelo called Coach's house and Mickie answered the phone........... and handed the phone to Coach...... "What does Jerry want? We're Not doing the Olympics again?" Coach K replied...... "We're probably not, but we need to listen to what he has to say!"

I love that Coach K involves his wife, daughters, son-in-laws, grandchildren and staff in his decision to do other career committments such as Team USA and the Olympics!!!!!

Somehow I think it probably works the same as it does in our family. Other members each have a vote, but Coach K has 15. ;)

I agree with you IMA! That Coach K gets 15 votes!!! Afterall, he is the Head of the Household, and the Captain, and the Coach!!!! Obviously, being the Team USA Coach fulfills that NBA void, and also serve the country as the Basketball Head Coach!!! Kudos to Coach K!!!! I think its great, that he is doing another stint of Olympic games! **== **== **==
