Tarik Black
Tarik Black is suppose to announce his decision today. It is between Duke, Kansas and Oregon. Black will have one year of eligibility left, but he already graduated from Memphis so he is exempt from sitting out a year.

Not surprising. He's only got one year, so why not go where the top recruit went?
