Now that the power is back on, I am too tired to care.

It's been a long day.

I did learn something really cool today, however. When an attorney gets subpoenaed, my E&O carrier hires an attorney to accompany its insured to court to oppose the subpoena. So, when I go to court on Thursday, I will have a lawyer with 38 years of experience backing me up.

I am so grateful.

Good night.

LOL

Will Gardner doesn't have 38 years of experience, but my attorney does!

Initially, the insurer recommended a "well-respected attorney" whose office happens to be adjacent to mine. LOL He didn't realize that we were members of the same firm, and that would have been an automatic conflict of interest.

Pray, vibe and send good thoughts my way tomorrow morning.

Good night!
