I am going to the gym tonight. We have been trying to go 3 times a week, although when it is so pretty out we just go walking for a mile.
Duke born, Duke bred, cooking on a grill so I'm tailgate fed.

Bud and I went to to Durham Regional Hospital to visit a long time friend. May broke here hip. She has so many medical problems it's a miracle she's still with us. I'm going back tomorrow. I'm praying and vibing for her. :YMPRAY: :YMPRAY: :YMPRAY: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

Thanks you. I'm making a Costco stop on my way. May stays cold all the time. I'm hoping Costco still has fleece PJ's in her size. They are so warm. I think she would like them.

Take your ipad with you and show her all the folks vibing for her. She's in a good, good place. They'll take good care of her there. Anything I can do? Make a delivery for you or something? I'm a veteran at hospital visits, you know.
