Feeling like bedtime.
What's is the cure for nighttime leg cramps? Is it a bar of soap under the mattress? If I have another leg cramp like last night, Ozzie and Windsor will hear me in Florida!

Bananas and water melon for potassium. You could also try taking a salt tablet earlier in the evening, and drink lots of water. I hate nighttime leg cramps, especially in the calf.lawgrad91 wrote:Feeling like bedtime.

I'm heading to bed. I'm not sure if I should be saying Good Night or Good Morning.
Life is good!

I've shared here previously the Max Crowder method of curing leg cramps in the middle of the night, but it bears repeating. Pinch your upper lip as hard as you can and pull it down over your front teeth. The cramping will subside.lawgrad91 wrote:Feeling like bedtime.

Max was the beloved trainer for our basketball team for YEARS.

This State of North Carolina not only is home to Duke but is a most beautiful state, We have had an absolutely wonderful day heading up the Outer Banks via ferry & car! Due to needing to stop at about every beach and check it out we only got as far as Nags Head where Mr ID scored a room on the ocean with a gorgeous view. Heading to Durham tomorrow and can't wait to see everyone at C2C and/or tailgate!
